Description

Pancake Poppers are bite-sized pancakes that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto the pan.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  8. Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
