- 8 sheets of phyllo dough
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese with chili flakes and black pepper.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with olive oil.
- Place another sheet on top and repeat the oil brushing.
- Cut the phyllo into strips.
- Spoon a portion of the feta mixture onto one end of each strip.
- Fold the sides over and roll up tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, heat honey in a small saucepan and stir in a pinch of chili flakes.
- Drizzle the chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.
