- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and fold it over to create a burger shape.
- Arrange the cabbage burgers in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
