  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and fold it over to create a burger shape.
  5. Arrange the cabbage burgers in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
  7. Serve with your choice of toppings.
