A sweet and crunchy snack made with almonds and orange flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, orange zest, and salt. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add almonds to the saucepan and stir to coat.
- Spread almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Adjust the amount of orange zest for more or less flavor.
- Try using different nuts for variety.
