A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake inspired by German chocolate cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and pecans, and mix well.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from the pan and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
- Top with extra coconut and pecans if desired.
