Delicious no-bake cookies made with cranberries and pecans.

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and oats to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
- You can use other dried fruits if you prefer.
