Ingredients

- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella on each triangle of dough.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
