Description

Delicious croissant rolls filled with mozzarella and pepperoni.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella on each triangle of dough.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
