Description

Mongolian Ground Beef is a quick and flavorful dish that combines ground beef with a savory sauce and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, bell pepper, and green onions.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
