- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Grease a muffin tin and place wonton wrappers in each cup.
- Fill each wrapper with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the wrappers are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with diced tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
