Description

Mini Peach Crumble Pies are delightful, individual-sized desserts filled with juicy peaches and topped with a crispy crumble.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, diced
  • 1/4 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit mini muffin tins.
  4. Place the pie crust circles in the muffin tins.
  5. Fill each crust with the peach mixture.
  6. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and oats.
  7. Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  8. Spoon the crumble over the peach filling in each pie.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crumble is golden.
  10. Let cool before serving.
