Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, diced
- 1/4 cup oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit mini muffin tins.
- Place the pie crust circles in the muffin tins.
- Fill each crust with the peach mixture.
- In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and oats.
- Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Spoon the crumble over the peach filling in each pie.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crumble is golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
