Description

Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Crisps are a savory snack featuring a blend of spinach and feta cheese, baked to a crispy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, flour, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
