Description

Mediterranean Chicken Wraps are flavorful and healthy wraps filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and tangy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Layer chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta on each tortilla.
  6. Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add your favorite vegetables for extra flavor.
