Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
