Ingredients

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture comes to a boil, then let it boil for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and marshmallows, stirring until melted.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
- Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before breaking into pieces.
