Description

A sweet and crunchy treat made with popcorn, marshmallows, and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt over medium heat.
  3. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil, then let it boil for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and marshmallows, stirring until melted.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
  6. Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before breaking into pieces.
