- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add salmon to the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Let sauce simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
