Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Add salmon to the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  8. Let sauce simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
