- 1 pound skirt steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and cilantro.
- Add the skirt steak to the marinade and ensure it is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
