Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skirt steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, cumin, and cilantro.
  2. Add the skirt steak to the marinade and ensure it is well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice against the grain and serve.
