Ingredients

- 1 cup mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented

- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, mandarin oranges, almonds, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
