Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.

- Remove potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then return potatoes to the skillet. Mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
