- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add black beans, refried beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer 2 tortillas on the bottom.
- Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.
- Top with sour cream and green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
