- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Once cooked, scrape the flesh with a fork to create spaghetti-like strands.
- Mix the spaghetti squash strands with Italian seasoning.
- Spread pizza sauce over the squash strands.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
