Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add corn and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in honey, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until corn is tender.
- If using, add thyme and stir well.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be served as a side dish.
