A refreshing homemade rainbow sherbet made with fruit flavors.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice with half of the sugar.
- In another bowl, mix raspberry puree with half of the sugar.
- In a third bowl, mix pineapple juice with the remaining sugar.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract to each fruit mixture and stir well.
- Layer the mixtures in a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Scoop and serve in bowls or cones.
Notes
- Use fresh fruit for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness as per your preference.
- Let sherbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
