Description

A refreshing homemade rainbow sherbet made with fruit flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice with half of the sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix raspberry puree with half of the sugar.
  3. In a third bowl, mix pineapple juice with the remaining sugar.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract to each fruit mixture and stir well.
  5. Layer the mixtures in a freezer-safe container.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Scoop and serve in bowls or cones.

  • Use fresh fruit for better flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness as per your preference.
  • Let sherbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
