Description
Delicious homemade cherry cheesecake egg rolls made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you.
- Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few cherries on the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added sweetness.
- Can substitute cherry filling with other fruit fillings.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
