Description

Delicious homemade cherry cheesecake egg rolls made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you.
  3. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few cherries on the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edge with beaten egg.
  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream for added sweetness.
  • Can substitute cherry filling with other fruit fillings.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
