Description

A creamy and nutritious pasta sauce made with high protein cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cottage cheese and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and dried basil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
