- 4 medium apples, cored and sliced

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine apple slices, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Toss the mixture until apples are well coated.
- If using, melt the butter and drizzle it over the apples.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender.
- Serve warm as a dessert or side dish.
