- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
