Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup Guinness beer
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth, Guinness, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken gravy.
- Serve meatballs with gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
