Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
  5. Serve the cooked turkey and vegetables over rice and drizzle with Bang Bang Sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions.
