- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon red curry paste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red curry paste.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
