Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Remove peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Serve grilled peaches topped with honey yogurt.
Notes
- Choose ripe but firm peaches for best results.
- Adjust honey to taste.
