A delicious grilled pizza topped with honey and goat cheese, perfect for a summer meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pizza dough
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Brush one side of the dough with olive oil.
- Place the dough, oiled side down, on the grill.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the dough and spread goat cheese evenly on top.
- Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Close the grill lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill and top with fresh arugula.

- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
- Make sure to watch the pizza closely to prevent burning.
