Grilled Honey Goat Cheese Pizza

Description

A delicious grilled pizza topped with honey and goat cheese, perfect for a summer meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil.
  4. Place the dough, oiled side down, on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the dough and spread goat cheese evenly on top.
  7. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Close the grill lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the grill and top with fresh arugula.
