Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce on the side.

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Serve with pita bread or salad for a complete meal.
