A delicious and healthy recipe for Greek turkey meatballs served with tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste (for sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread or salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
