Description

A delicious goat cheese appetizer topped with figs and pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread goat cheese in a small baking dish.
  3. Top with chopped figs and pistachios.
  4. Drizzle honey and olive oil over the top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until warm.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • Use fresh figs if available.
  • Can be served at room temperature.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as preferred.
