Description
A delicious goat cheese appetizer topped with figs and pistachios.
Ingredients

- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread goat cheese in a small baking dish.
- Top with chopped figs and pistachios.
- Drizzle honey and olive oil over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until warm.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Use fresh figs if available.
- Can be served at room temperature.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as preferred.
