Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
