Description

Gluten-free almond cloud cookies are light and airy treats made with almond flour and egg whites.


Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Fold in almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
