Description
A sweet and spicy snack made with pecans coated in a gingersnap mixture.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg white and water until frothy.
- Add the pecans and stir until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
