Ghost Quesadillas Halloween Cheese

Description

A fun and spooky twist on traditional quesadillas, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the tortilla.
  4. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes from another tortilla and place it on top.
  5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet and let it cool for a minute.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve with sliced olives and bell pepper for decoration.
