A fun and spooky twist on traditional quesadillas, perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the tortilla.
- Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes from another tortilla and place it on top.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let it cool for a minute.
- Cut into wedges and serve with sliced olives and bell pepper for decoration.

- Use different cheeses for varied flavors.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
