Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
