Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory bites filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and garlic, all wrapped in a soft dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
