A delicious fusion of shrimp scampi and classic lasagna featuring garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and cheeses in a baking dish.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
