- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and cheeses in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken if preferred.
- Add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition.
