- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is soft.
- In a large bowl, mix the beef mixture with rice, beef broth, and French onion soup.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
